Why Correct Reconstitution Matters
Peptides are delicate and must be reconstituted properly to maintain potency. Incorrect mixing can lead to:
- reduced effectiveness
- wasted product
- bacterial contamination
- inaccurate dosing
This guide ensures safe, accurate preparation every time.
You’ll Need:
- Peptide vial (Semaglutide / Tirzepatide / Retatrutide)
- Bacteriostatic water
- Alcohol swabs
- Sterile insulin syringes (1mL)
Step-by-Step Mixing Instructions
Step 1 — Clean Your Workspace
Wipe your area with alcohol to prevent contamination.
Step 2 — Remove Caps & Sanitize
Clean both vial tops with an alcohol swab.
Step 3 — Draw Bacteriostatic Water
Use a sterile syringe to pull the recommended amount (usually 1–2mL depending on concentration).
Step 4 — Inject Into Peptide Vial Slowly
Let the water slide down the inside wall of the vial—never shake.
Step 5 — Swirl Gently
Rotate the vial until fully dissolved.
Step 6 — Store Properly
Refrigerate the vial. Use within 30–60 days for best potency.
